Taste of Cave Creek

October 18 & 19, 2017; 5-9pm

This is a fun, lovely affair held along the meandering sidewalks of Stagecoach Village. Sample local delicacies while sipping wine or sampling craft brews. From famous Bryan's Barbecue to Tonto Bar & Grill, more than 25 restaurants participate. Craft beer garden, wine and tequila tasting. $10 admission and samples generally run $3 - $5. Bands perform each night. Get here early to find parking or be prepared to hoof it down side streets. Better yet, take a free shuttle bus from Schoolhouse Road, just north of Cave Creek Rd.

Pinnacle Peak Park Wildlife Programs

Each month in tourist season, Pinnacle Peak Park will host free wildlife presentations in the ramada, 10am to noon.

Cave Creek Wild West Days

In it's 15th year, Wild West Days has become a signature Cave Creek event. Held throughout the historic western town of Cave Creek, events include a colorful horse-centric small-town parade, as well as pro rodeo. Other popular attractions are the kids "Mutton Bustin'", pig races, horseback poker runs and old timey bathtub races.

Foothills Animal Rescue is one of the pre-eminent non-profit rescues in the area, saving hundreds of pets each year. Support them and meet like-minded people in their casual annual event, this year being held at the DC Ranch Homestead Community Center. Serving fine wines, craft beer and delicious food from local restaurants as well as a silent auction
